The Bali and JW Marriot bombings have virtually obliterated tourism in Indonesia. This has both it's advantages and disadvantages. One main benefit is that everything is dirt cheap (due to big supply and small demand) while one of shortfalls is that everyone is always bugging you for money. The diversity of this country (in terms of landscape, language, and ethincities) is overwhelming. Indonesia has to rank in my top 5 favorite countries in all of Asia thus far!
